We have various schedules available, including full and part-time positions, as our group homes are open 24/7.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $20.50/hour in Hampshire County
- A per diem rate starting at $17.35/hour in Hampshire County

The Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have an acceptable driving record
The Responsibilities
As a Direct Care worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care to residents
- Cooking meals for residents
- Cleaning and doing laundry
- Supporting the interests of residents through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency
- Displaying flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and a passion to serve others

We have group homes located in Hampshire County, including Williamsburg, Amherst, Easthampton, and Hadley, MA.
