Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate through challenges and improve their overall well-being. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing support through various therapeutic techniques. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, particularly those dealing with mental health issues, trauma, and addiction.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans in patient's home.
- Provide counseling services utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
- Valid state licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Participate in biweekly IDG meetings

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
