Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Plan and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams (Development, Sales, Customer Success).
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Communicate project goals, milestones, and risks to both internal leaders and external clients.
- Resource Allocation: Support resource planning by identifying skill sets needed and coordinating with team leads for efficient staffing.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Monitor potential blockers, raise red flags early, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and within scope.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to evolving Pathlock’s project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Project Management Basics: Coursework or hands-on experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities; willingness to learn technical aspects of Pathlock’s solutions.
Growth Path
- Associate Project Manager: Learn project coordination fundamentals, stakeholder communication, and Pathlock’s core products.
- Project Manager: Lead end-to-end projects, manage larger budgets, oversee cross-functional teams, and resolve complex project challenges.
- Senior Project Manager or Program Manager: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, develop PMO processes, and mentor junior project managers.
- Strategic Leadership: Potential to progress into roles like Director of Program Management, Product Strategy, or other leadership paths aligned with your ambitions.
