Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues related to software functionality, performance, and configuration.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely solutions and a positive customer experience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Escalate complex problems and work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams for swift resolutions.
- Documentation: Update internal knowledge bases and create detailed how-to guides to share solutions and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and suggest product enhancements or workflow optimizations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (recent or upcoming graduate).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) and familiarity with networking or database fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
