Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key institutional clients, including portfolio managers, investment advisors, and decision-makers.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and potential issues.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide comprehensive reporting on portfolio performance and investment strategies.
- Service Delivery:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client touchpoints.
- Process onboarding for new institutional clients, including account setup, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Monitor client service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Operational Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, portfolio management, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client orders and requests.
