The associate should be comfortable engaging with families on topics related to values and vision, family dynamics, governance, rising generation engagement, learning, and philanthropy. Technical financial and estate planning skills are not required, but a basic understanding of and respect for their importance is essential.

- Assist in organizing, developing content for, and facilitating family meetings, retreats, and educational workshops.
- Contribute to content development for family learning initiatives and rising generation engagement, covering topics including communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, philanthropy, and purpose-driven investing.
- Conduct assessments to help families measure and build their capitals.
Operational & Strategic Support:
- Maintain and track deliverables while managing project timelines to ensure effective execution of family advisory initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and assist in managing action items and scheduling.
