Your Role and Impact
As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the face of our institution, providing outstanding service to our customers and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, assisting with their banking needs and offering information about products and services.
- Cash Handling: Maintain and balance a cash drawer with precision and accountability.
- Account Support: Provide updates to customers about their accounts, including history and status.
- Promoting the Brand: Represent Pathway Bank with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous banking experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Other: Must pass a credit and background check.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time, on-site.
- Schedule: Full-time: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am-5:00pm, rotating Saturdays. Part-time: Flexible scheduling, approximately 20-30 hours a week.
