What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Banker position at Pathway Bank?
Pathway Bank is seeking an experienced Personal Banker (minimum of 1 year experience in banking) to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Personal Bankers must be able to perform a variety of duties, specializing in sales and service of the financial needs of the customers. In addition, work should be proficient and accurate when opening and modifying all types of accounts for new and existing customers. Personal Bankers will also be expected to know and understand all Teller related duties as well as provide coverage for the teller line.

- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking
- Demonstrates knowledge of the bank’s products and services and be able to confidently answer questions and inquiries.
