As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Therapist, you can choose to work your own hours from part time (4 clients/week) to full time. You'll play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by:
- Conducting assessments.
- Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing.
- Offering crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed.
- Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

🎯 Ideal Candidate
We're looking for self-motivated, compassionate professionals who are dedicated to creating positive change. Key qualifications include:
- Current licensure in Ohio (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree or higher in clinical counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred).
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus:
- Experience with telehealth counseling or group therapy.
- A commitment to pursuing advanced licensure or certifications with Pathway's support.
📍 Work Schedule
- Weekdays with flexibility for telehealth or in-person services.
