Join Our Mission to Empower Students and Families! Pathway Caring for Children is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve in Fairless Local Schools, Navarre, Ohio. Be a trusted partner in students' success by providing counseling and fostering resilience in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
As part of our school-based mental health team, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address mental health challenges, support student progress, and develop effective strategies for success. Your work will create a nurturing school culture where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive academically and personally-building a foundation for lifelong mental health and well-being.

- Compensation based on a Fee-for-Service Scheduled Percentage Scale, including rates for non-billable services
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Family Counseling, or related field
- Licensure by the State of Ohio in Behavioral Health Counseling and Therapy (LISW, LPCC, LSW, or LPC)
- Minimum of six months' experience working with children
- Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and meeting auto insurance requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health.
- Respond to crises, such as trauma or significant events impacting the school community.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create student support plans.
- Teach coping strategies and resilience-building techniques.
- Advocate for students' needs and implement early intervention strategies for mental health challenges.
