AS an Outbound Sales Representative your role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and engaging potential clients with our financial services. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully will be key to driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial services.(no lead generating)
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs. Training is provided
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or telemarketing, Finance sales or related fields of sales.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and outbound calling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven individual for success.
