Job Overview

We are a funding company that provides business with tailored financial needs. We have a full team of underwriters, loan officers and sales specialists allowing us to make the best competitive offers.
As a Sales Representative your role will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively communicate our services.

Duties

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients with a daily business list. Present and
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Experience

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Be driven with the passion to succeed!!!
