Your role will be to conduct outbound calls making the initial contact with a generated client list provided for you. You will initiate interest and compile client's information so we can assist with tailored needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients informing them on our services. No lead generation required.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Proven customer service and sales experience is a plus!
- Experience in telemarketing inside/outside sales or related sales field
- Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is a plus!
- Skills in negotiation is a plus!
- Strong command of English is needed to succeed in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
This is a high-volume office so if you are passionate and driven you have the ability to make up to six figures the first year!
