What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children in foster care who are placed at our QRTP for mental/ behavioral health support. Someone who is compassionate and wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships, and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives.

Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders (LMSW/ LSCSW, LPC/ LCPC, LMFT, LMP/ LP, etc). An additional credential for addictions (LAC) is preferred.
A Day in The Life as a therapist
As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment program, assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy.
