Exciting RN position available at Pathway, Inc. as the Nursing Supervisor! This is a Monday-Friday job! We are a residential program for adjudicated youth, with the motto of helping today's youth find a new direction in life! The Nursing Supervisor is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and communicates client care needs to members of the treatment team; responsible for performing a variety of functions to assure the provision of quality nursing care to clients, and to coordinate comprehensive nursing care duties; implements specific procedures and programs, to include the Infection Control Program for Pathway; supervises nursing staff, determines work procedures and expedites work flow; familiar with and implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations established and monitored by state and federal agencies; performs duties of nursing staff when required; and available on-call for emergency consultations and interventions.
Requirements of the Nursing Supervisor position:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current license in the State of Alabama as a Registered Nurse
- BLS Certified
