What are the responsibilities and job description for the Neurofeedback Technician position at Pathways Neurofeedback, LLC?
Pathways Neurofeedback, LLC is looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to provide neurofeedback services. Successful candidates will be trained in the use of brain training systems, methods and procedures, as part of a larger, whole-person approach to client assessment and training.
Roles and Responsibilities: Administers neurofeedback brain training sessions to adults and children with emotional, learning and stress related issues. Assumes responsibility for the execution of the neurofeedback training plan. Coordinates scheduling of appointments and keeps track of sessions delivered according to plan(s). Adjusts client’s neurofeedback protocols to maximize effectiveness of training. Manages clients and their progress. Tracks, charts and monitors client’s training sessions and symptomatic progress. Reviews client’s progress and training effectiveness with the practice manager.
Required skills, abilities and education: Must have completed a 4 year undergraduate program. Be aligned with our integrative training philosophy. Possess a teachable spirit. Excellent listening skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Can work independently and loves responsibility. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Feels comfortable with hands-on interaction of clients. Computer savvy and proficient in navigating Windows environments and applications such as MS Office.
