Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Burse- Registered Nurse (RN) or experiences Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN/ LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care 1:1 or 2:1 in the home and community for a young adult with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in persons with developmental delay, seizure disorders and G-tube management . Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, seizure prevention and management, G tube feedings and care, maintain safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed and attend appointments..
- Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment within the client’s home.
Experience:
- Current RN/ LPN licensure in the state of PA.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with home care.
- Ability to work effectively in a home environment with other staff and family members present.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
