At PathWays of the River Valley, we are committed to creating a more inclusive and accessible society. As a Community Advocate for Inclusive Living, you will play a critical role in promoting our mission and values through education, outreach, and advocacy.
Your primary responsibility will be to educate the public about the importance of inclusivity and accessibility, dispelling myths and misconceptions about developmental disabilities and autism. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement public awareness campaigns, collaborate with community organizations, and provide training and resources to caregivers and support staff.
We are seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for advocacy. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is desirable but not necessary. What matters most is your ability to inspire and motivate others to take action and make a difference.
