Key Responsibilities :
- Manage interoffice mail and phone calls.
- Arrange meetings, travel, and expense reporting.
- Greet visitors, arrange amenities, and coordinate scheduling.
- Handle document preparation, revisions, proofreading, and filing.
- Maintain accurate records, process reimbursements, and support audit responses.
- Assist with CRM updates and special projects.
- Provide high-level support for research, reports, and correspondence.
