Position Summary : Provide administrative support to timekeepers and secretaries within the assigned practice group. Tasks include managing communications, scheduling, document preparation, and various clerical duties. Key Responsibilities : Manage interoffice mail and phone calls. Arrange meetings, travel, and expense reporting. Greet visitors, arrange amenities, and coordinate scheduling. Handle document preparation, revisions, proofreading, and filing. Maintain accurate records, process reimbursements, and support audit responses. Assist with CRM updates and special projects. Provide high-level support for research, reports, and correspondence. Skills & Experience : Required : Bachelors degree. Experience in a law firm or professional services setting at least 6 months. Proficiency in MS Office and firm applications (post-training). Office experience as an Administrative Assistant. Availability for overtime. Competencies : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Salary 60-62K
