This is an in-office position requiring five days a week of presence.
Job Summary :
The Receptionist serves as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients and visitors. This role includes assigning visitor office spaces, maintaining a chart of all office assignments, and managing various administrative tasks. In addition to greeting guests and directing calls, the Receptionist will collaborate with different departments to assist with meeting arrangements, including catering and audio-visual equipment setup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to voicemail as needed.
- Greet, announce, and log all visitors, maintaining an updated Daily Visitor List.
- Manage scheduling for conference rooms using Meeting Room Manager software.
- Coordinate requests for meeting spaces, catering, and AV / IS equipment.
- Arrange transportation as needed and issue vouchers.
- Document visiting personnel and keep IT and office services informed.
- Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Salary : Up to $70K, flexible depending on experience.
