Employment Coordinator

Join the Trudeau Center’s Transition Program and help high school students with disabilities explore the world of employment, gain job skills, and build confidence along the way. What You’ll Do: You’ll be out in the community, providing hands-on job training and support to students at various work sites. One day, you might be coaching someone through their first interview; the next, you’re helping them master on-the-job tasks or advocating for workplace accommodations. You'll also work directly with local businesses to create inclusive employment opportunities. This role is equal parts mentor, coach, problem-solver, and cheerleader—and it’s never boring.
