Direct Support Professional III Schedule / Availability:
Thursday- Sunday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
*Shifts are assigned within this time frame*
(Guaranteed 35 hours per week)
Compensation: $19.50 per hour for awake hours/ $15.75 for overnight hours.
*If this employee is able to give 50 hours of availability, they will be given a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend*
*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
In this role you’ll be making a difference by:
- Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
- Train new staff
- Administering medications
- Cooking and housework
- Provide constant supervision
- Transportation to appointments and community events
To be considered for position with us, you must:
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Hold an acceptable driving record
- Possess strong written and verbal English skills
- Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Anoka and Washington County
