- This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.In this role you’ll be making a difference by : Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal caresWork within several different programs (1 : 1 In-Home and Respite)Train new staff as neededAdminister medicationsCook and help with houseworkProvide constant supervisionTransport individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicleTo be considered for position with us, you must : Be at least 18 years of age or older.Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicleHold an acceptable driving recordPossess strong English communication skillsBe able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)Be able to pass a Department of Human Services and nationwide criminal background checkProfessional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferredThis full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.Powered by JazzHR
