POSITION SUMMARY:
The Team Leader manages the daily operation and clinical supervision of a non-fidelity Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Position is responsible for the development and oversight of a program to meet the needs of the team participants who may present with array of challenges: psychiatric disabilities, substance use issues, homelessness, untreated and complex medical conditions, lack of adequate support, etc. The Team Leader is responsible for assuring that staff exercise person-centered and harm reduction approach aligned with the agency’s mission and core values. The Team Leader provides an oversight of operations of the other OUD /SUD teams and supports the assigned teams/team leaders in meeting their goals.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to all OUD/SUD teams.
- Guide all OUD/SUD teams through collaborative case consultations with participants.
- Respond to CBH complaints within the indicated deadline.
- Ensure all Blended Service teams adhere to a uniform process of daily operations.
- Facilitate the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team staff accordingly.
- Provide supervision to staff in accordance to agency policies.
- Utilize the agency’s EHR system to ensure effective planning, follow-up, and coordination of participant services.
- Collaborate and coordinate participant care with appropriate treatment providers, social services, food banks, and other community resources.
- Ensure staff is consistent with agency requirements for documentation of services, and approve as necessary.
- Identify areas of improvement needed for staff and devise a training plan accordingly.
- Ensure effective management of funds for participants to whom the agency services as a representative payee.
- Establish operational procedures and monitor client visits and team assignments.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s in Social Work preferred, or Master’s in another clinical mental health discipline, such as: psychology, counseling, clinical social work, psychiatric nursing, or marriage and family therapy accepted. LCSW or actively working towards LCSW preferred.
- Five years’ mental/behavioral health direct care experience, including three years supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience in case management/counseling of people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse and/or trauma.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as computer literacy.
- Ability to work with diverse populations including clients and staff in critical and emergency situations.
- Sensitive to cultural, economic, gender, and sexual orientation difference.
- Valid driver's license.

Salary : $65,000
