As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ABA Pathways to Potential, you'll take the lead in conducting intake evaluations, implementing behavior plans, provide supervision and guidance to our RBTs to ensure effective behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
Moreover, you'll empower parents and families by providing training and support while fostering an environment of growth and achievement in collaboration with staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
