Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Sales Manager to join our team at Pathways to Resilience, LLC. to oversee our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, business development, and strategic planning. This role will require strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, grants, and related legal documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain a centralized system for tracking contracts, grants, and deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with grant terms, funding requirements, and reporting deadlines.
- Prepare and submit grant applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and invoices for grants and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Houston Harris County, Texas or surrounding areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract and grant management or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales pipelines, and meet targets.
- Experience working with LLCs or small businesses
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
- Experience managing federal and state grants, including compliance and reporting.
