What are the responsibilities and job description for the Individual and Family Counselor - Gainesville, GA position at Pathways Transition Programs, Inc?
-Provide in-home, school-based, and/or office-based individual and family trauma-informed therapy services
-Manage a full-time caseload (25-30 face-to-face counseling hours weekly)
-Collaborate with children, families, schools, and other community members to build skills and achieve treatment goals
-Offer effective clinical services through all stages of treatment: Engagement, Empowerment, and Transition, per PTP protocols.
-Comply with all payor and PTP service documentation requirements using our state of the art, HIPAA-compliant, electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
-Attend supervision, clinical team meetings, and participate at regular agency trainings
