Patient Accounts Mgr Job w / Premier Healthcare Provider

Are you a medical billing leader looking to take the next big step in your career? Our client, a premier healthcare provider located in the Sydney, MT area, is looking to hire a Patient Accounts Manager on a direct hire basis. This position provides competitive compensation and relocation assistance if qualified.

As the Patient Accounts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of billing, including self-pay, insurance claims and denials. In addition, you will provide training, support and guidance to the billing team.

Location : Sidney, MT area

Type : Direct hire, full-time

Start : February 2025

Position Description :

Will lead a team of 8-12 Medical Billing Professionals.
Oversee all patient billing, self-pay, insurance claims and denials.
Work with other departments to improve billing processes and resolve issues.
Assist with training, support and guidance to the billing team.

Position Qualifications :

2 years of medical billing experience.

2 years Medical Billing supervisory role experience.

Solid management and leadership skills.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing best practices.

Plus :

Critical Access hospital billing experience.

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Certification (CRCR.
