Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will work with patients in their homes to provide and direct provisions of nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides Patient-Centered Care: The RN will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinates Total Plan of Care: The RN will coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and help to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.
Requirements:
- Current RN Licensure in NJ
- CPR Certification
- Dependable Vehicle or Public Transportation
