Patient Care is seeking a highly motivated and organized RN to fill the role of Clinical Operations RN Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for leading our home health team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Directs clinicians in utilizing best practice interventions when finalizing Plan of Care for all patients.
- Participates in QAPI program.
- Assures compliance with and ensures timely follow up on daily clinical and coding edits.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification required
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
