Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Your primary focus will be on assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Nursing Responsibilities:
