Oversee mental health programs as Medical Director, ensuring top-quality care and program excellence.Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents using evidence-based methods.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and high standards of care.Provide consultations and support to families and caregivers for enhanced treatment outcomes.Ensure accurate and compliant documentation to meet legal and regulatory requirements.What You Bring :
Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.Active medical license in Washington, DC.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.A commitment to serving diverse populations in a community-based setting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Schedule :
Office Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
