What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business by identifying and securing staffing contracts with healthcare facilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments, DONs, and procurement teams
- Represent PCS at networking events, facility visits, and community outreach opportunities
- Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure proper fulfillment of client staffing needs
- Track activities, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools and reporting systems
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing OR B2B sales in a service-driven industry
- A proven ability to build a book of business and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills—especially with decision-makers
- Familiarity with credentialing and healthcare compliance is a major plus
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)
- Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: 5%–10% of gross margin from closed deals
- Quarterly Bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets
