Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and support a multi-site team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Technicians (Health Techs).
- Strategize and Manage: Implement strategic plans, develop staffing schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote Excellence: Advance school nursing practices, monitor the delivery of safe and effective health services, and foster professional development among staff.

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical nursing experience.

- Expertise in team dynamics, conflict management, and mentoring.
- Proficiency in administrative and clinical information resources.

Salary : $82,000 - $137,000
