Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans tailored to clients’ health objectives.
Educate clients on healthy eating habits, dietary adjustments, and wellness strategies to support their goals.
Collaborate with clients to address specific health concerns, including weight management, chronic conditions, and food sensitivities.
Monitor clients’ progress, adapting nutrition plans to ensure optimal results.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and plans, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
Offer both virtual and in-person consultations, with potential for evening and weekend hours as required by client needs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification.
Active licensure in Washington, DC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours based on client needs.
Experience in community-based or outpatient settings is a plus.
Schedule :
