What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Recruiter position at Patient First?

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following :

Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes;
Scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews;
Maintaining recruiting records and documentation;
Verifying employment references;
Managing background checks;
Managing multiple requisitions and utilizing reports;
Coordinating and assisting with career fairs;
Assisting with employee engagement events;
Assisting with recruitment efforts in various city and states as needed;
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers;
Completing other departmental duties as assigned.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following :

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field (required);

At least one year of recruiting experience (preferred);

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);

Experience with recruiting metrics (preferred);

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred);

Excellent time management and organizational skills;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;

Ability to work both independently and with a group;

Occasional travel required.

Salary Range : $64,000 - $72,000 annually, depending on experience.
