What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Recruiter position at Patient First?
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes;
- Scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews;
- Maintaining recruiting records and documentation;
- Verifying employment references;
- Managing background checks;
- Managing multiple requisitions and utilizing reports;
- Coordinating and assisting with career fairs;
- Assisting with employee engagement events;
- Assisting with recruitment efforts in various city and states as needed;
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers;
- Completing other departmental duties as assigned.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field (required);
- At least one year of recruiting experience (preferred);
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);
- Experience with recruiting metrics (preferred);
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred);
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work both independently and with a group;
- Occasional travel required.
Salary Range: $64,000 - $72,000 annually, depending on experience.
