What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Patient First?
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring the repair of all Patient First property is performed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner including, but not limited to:
- Grounds and landscape
- Janitorial
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Building structure
- Exterior and interior finishes
- Equipment

Supervising maintenance contractors for assigned properties including, but not limited to:
- Janitorial service
- Lawn and grounds care
- HVAC equipment
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Flooring
- Managing various renovation projects for existing facilities;
- Performing maintenance repairs and projects at various centers;
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with facilities maintenance and new center setup.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Minimum of 5 years in building and equipment repair preferred;
- Experience in equipment or facility repair and maintenance;
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations;
- Willing to travel during the week and work at different Patient First facilities to determine and address emergency or repair situations without supervision;
- Must have means of transportation;
- Willing to be on call during business hours and one weekend a month to manage weekend maintenance concerns;
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines;
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds or more);
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely;
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb for long periods of time (possibly 4 to 7 hours at a time);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook).
