Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential clients to gather pertinent medical information.
- Determining eligibility based on income, insurance, etc.
- Enrolling those who qualify to receive assistance with their medication.
- Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Inbound and Outbound Calls (No Cold Calls).
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer programs.
- Positive attitude.
- Adept at handling a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivation.
- Phone sales experience is a plus.
