VCS is looking for a Call Center/Customer Service Sales Representative in Augusta, GA for one of our clients.
Required: Call Center or Sales Experience is required.
Pay rate: $18/hr and Benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Shift : Monday to Friday: Flexible shift hours between 8 AM to 8 PM EST
- Training will be from 10 am to 6.30 PM
- post training will be either 10.30 am to 7 pm OR 11.30 am to 8 pm
Job Description
The Customer Service Sales Representative primary responsibility is to have problem solving skills and can turn any situation into a great customer experience.
PREFERENCES
- Previous Customer Service experience in a Consumer banking area.
- Preferred 3 years of banking experience, with a demonstrated knowledge of consumer products, systems and services recommended.
