Duties
- Assist the Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality standards.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
- Assist with medication administration oversight, including ensuring accurate documentation.
- Uphold resident rights and address concerns to promote dignity, respect, and satisfaction.
- Provide day-to-day support to staff, including assisting with training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents, especially those with memory care needs.
- Help maintain financial processes, including tracking expenses and supporting budget adherence.
- Promote a welcoming and engaging environment that enhances resident quality of life.
