We are looking for an experienced RN to join our Med/Surg team as the Med/Surg Manager. Full-time benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan, HealthiestYou (teledoc) and an EAP.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the medical-surgical unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS protocols, maintaining certifications among team members.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate patient documentation and data management.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline processes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Experience - 5 year Med-Surg experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum Education - Associates Degree in Nursing
- Required License/Certification - Current CA RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications
- Required Skills - Must have excellent communication skills. Team player and customer service focused. 2 year previous experience in a managerial role.
Position requires a post-offer physical, drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
