We’re looking for a strategic leader who thrives on simplifying the complex, uncovering insights, and shaping bold, breakthrough brand strategies in healthcare. You’ll be at the intersection of science, creativity, and consumer engagement, driving meaningful connections between brands and patients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead brand strategy – Develop and execute compelling, insight-driven strategies across multiple clients
- Uncover customer insights – Translate research into actionable opportunities that fuel innovation and impact
- Guide creative development – Define brand personality, positioning, and messaging to elevate campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with medical, engagement, creative, and media teams to bring strategies to life
- Drive agency growth – Contribute to business development and new opportunities
What You Bring:
- 8 years in brand strategy, with direct-to-consumer experience (healthcare experience is a must)
- A passion for unlocking the power of data and insights to shape brand narratives
- Strong ability to connect the dots, identifying opportunities across research, engagement, and creative
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and inspire action
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and high-level thinking simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings as needed
