Partner Manager, Top Creators

Patreon is a media and community platform where creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Over 300k creators are cultivating fandoms and building their businesses each month. Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.

Ultimately, our goal is simple : fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with :

8B earned since Patreon's inception

30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and

10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Partner Manager, Top Creators to support our mission.

This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

This role is also open to those based in Los Angeles remotely.

About the Role

What you will do :

Build trusted creator relationships

Work with a small portfolio of our largest creators and earn their trust that the Patreon platform and team is essential to unlocking the earnings and connection with their fan base.

Drive earnings and product adoption

Accelerate each creator’s growth trajectory by coaching them on how best to use product features and maximize long-term retention of existing members.

Level up creators’ product mastery

Coach creator teams on how to use the Patreon platform and new product launches.

Partner with Product

Ensure that your creators’ voices are heard within product pods.

Creatively execute on cross-functional solutions

Work with creators to address their unique business-critical needs and goals.

Partner on marketing opportunities

Coordinate with cross-functional Patreon teams to showcase your creators in promotional opportunities.

Inspire evangelism for Patreon

Translate the investment we make into strategic creators into advocacy for Patreon.

Skills and experience you possess :

3 years of experience in creator success or creator management

Experience managing long-term partnerships with creators.

Product and revenue expansion

Proven success in environments with revenue and product adoption growth targets.

Applying data insights to customer needs

Translating performance insights into actionable steps for customers.

Cross-functional partnerships

Strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.

Projects you may work on :

Revamp of a creator’s tiers to drive more member acquisition.

Identify creators for early testing of new product features.

Partner with product teams to share insights from your work with creators.

Partner with a creator to develop a plan for content and promotion.

Manage a creator’s involvement in a Patreon marketing event.
