Hiring : Commercial Lines Account Manager – Scottsdale, AZ

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ . This role is ideal for a senior-level insurance professional with expertise in commercial lines, Contractors, and Workers' Compensation . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing client policies, supporting producers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and service commercial insurance policies and programs.
Prepare new business and account renewal proposals.
Act as a liaison between production staff, clients, and insurance underwriters.
Provide expert counsel to specialty clients in complex industries.
Maintain accurate account data within the agency management system .
Process binders, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations.
Apply independent judgment in advising on coverage options, claims management, and risk assessment .
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and insurance market trends .

Required Qualifications :

Property & Casualty License required.

10 years of industry experience , with a strong background in Contractors and Workers' Compensation clients.

Proficiency in insurance software, policy administration, and compliance .

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills .

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
