TITLE : Event Sales Manager (Winery)
PAY : $80,000 – $90,000 base salary commission

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead the sales and booking of private events. This role requires a proactive professional who excels in prospecting, networking, client engagement, and closing sales while creating a memorable venue experience for every guest. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and booking goals
- Manage the entire client journey, from lead generation to post-event follow-up
- Respond to event inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations to secure bookings
- Develop new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and office visits
- Create custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage deposits
- Collaborate with the Events Team to ensure seamless event execution
- Attend booked events as needed to greet clients and ensure a positive experience
- Participate in weekly BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings to align on event details
- Accurately track sales projections and contribute to department reports
- Assist the Director of Sales in monitoring sales performance and budgets
- Represent the company at local networking and industry events
