The dining room manager will split their time between office administration and nightly service helping to ensure a positive experience for all guests and staff.

Requirements
- Must have 5 years of fine dining management experience.
- Must have training experience and proven track record of system implementation and execution of standards.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends and holidays.
- Must have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within a team environment.
- Must have computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
