District Manager Quick Service Restaurants

Compensation : $75000 to $90000 Generous Quarterly Bonus

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit and develop leadership teams for instore operations.

Manage line bar scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Oversee staff deployment and control labor costs to avoid overtime.

Supervise product ordering inventory reconciliation and food cost management.

Enforce cash control policies conduct monthly cash audits and address discrepancies promptly.

Build and maintain vendor relationships for repairs maintenance and supplies.

Monitor utility usage and implement costsaving measures.

Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for financial improvement.

Develop and execute operational game plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Create and maintain a detailed monthly visit schedule with clear goals for each store.

Dedicate five days a week to store visits spending at least seven hours at each location to address issues and set actionable plans.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience managing 4 or more units with drivethrough operations.

Stable work history (12 jobs in the past 5 years or a maximum of 3 jobs in 9 years).

Valid unrestricted drivers license.

Proven experience in sales business development or a related field.

Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management principles and techniques.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed decisions.

Resultsdriven approach with a focus on achieving measurable targets.
