Job Description : General Manager - Full Service Elevated Casual Restaurant

Location : Lincoln, NH

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 Base Bonus 401(k) with Generous Match

Benefits : 100% Paid Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, etc.)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our full-service elevated casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong background in restaurant management, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence while creating an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Management :

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs.

Ensure consistent, high-quality food and service delivery.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and menu offerings.
