Base Salary : $50000 $75000 (depending on experience)
Commission based compensation based on revenues managed under portfolio
Introduction : We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an ENTRYLEVEL Retirement Advisor. This role is ideal for sales professionals seeking to enter the retirement industry as Retirement Advisor.
There is no need for a background in insurance or financial planning. Our agency offers a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development providing a clear path to increase earning potential through training and sales success based on the companies investment philosophy.
The ideal candidate should have a strong SALES background. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
They should be highly motivated and driven with a sales mentality and a strong desire to succeed. Successful candidates will have contacts in the community who can be leveraged to build their business.

Responsibilities :
- General knowledge of financial planning retirement accounts investment products and tax considerations
- Conduct client consultations gathering essential financial data and assessing their needs and goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and maintain commercial clients
- Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries provide updates and review financial plans
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in client meetings helping to explain financial strategies and solutions
- Network extensively to generate a steady flow of prospects
- Conduct client needs analysis to propose optimal insurance solutions
- Build and sustain longterm client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Remain updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- INSURANCE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
- Series 65 and insurance licensing will eventually be required but not needed for initial employment
- Proven sales track record preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic problem solving capabilities
- Strong teaching skills and patience in working with people
- Solid relationshipbuilding skills
- Driven and accountable selfstarter
- Quick learner with the capability to assimilate new information
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Sales Backgrounds :
- Successful B2B sales experience especially in financial services real estate or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to surpass sales quotas in competitive environments
- Versatile sales skills adaptable to diverse client needs
Compensation Package :
- Competitive base plus commission (on licensure).
